Bathroom Renovation
Full renovation with our own installers, industry-approved waterproofing, and quality documenta…

Background
These projects rarely fail on technical grounds — they fail on communication. That's why we work to a fixed per-flat schedule, with a weekly report to the board. You should never have to ask how it's going.
Camera survey and condition report for the board's decision.
Estimates per flat and stairwell, ready for the bank.
Info meetings, a per-flat schedule, one dedicated contact.
New water and drain risers, often with a bathroom refit.
Where pipes allow it: no demolition, less time, lower cost.
Independent inspection, per-flat documentation, ten-year warranty.
The process
A camera survey and condition report for the annual meeting.
Technical solution, schedule and fixed price — agreed up front.
One stairwell at a time. Weekly reports, one contact for residents.
Inspection, documentation, and a ten-year warranty.
Questions & answers
It comes down to pipe condition, not budget. Relining is cheaper and less disruptive, but needs enough wall thickness left. We survey first and say plainly if it won't hold thirty more years.
Four to six weeks per flat for traditional replacement, with temporary shower and toilet cabins provided. Relining is two to three days.
£9,000–£15,000 for traditional replacement with a new bathroom, £3,800–£6,500 for relining — depending on the building's age and finishes. Fixed price after survey.
Advance written notice, one reschedule with no fuss, then a list handed to the board to act on per the association's rules. We never enter without consent.
